INGREDIENTS:
eggs 2 pcs.
oat flakes 90 g
wheat flour 40 g
sugar 40 g
walnuts 30 g
PREPARATION:
Mix oatmeal, sugar, flour in a bowl. Chop the nuts and add to the dry mixture. Add 2 eggs and mix.
Put the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. We form cookies. I got 9 pieces. The parchment can be pre-greased with vegetable oil. We bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
