INGREDIENTS:
raspberry 1 kg
sugar 1.2 kg
citric acid ½ ч.л.
PREPARATION:
Sort the raspberries, cover with half the sugar and leave until the berries release juice.
Pour the juice into a saucepan. Add the rest of the sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
Cook, skimming for 5 minutes.
Gradually add the berries to the syrup, mix and cook for 25 minutes. Stove fire is moderate.
Add citric acid and cook for 5 minutes.
Arrange the jam in sterilized jars, roll up the lids. Turn the jars over and leave for 60 minutes.
Turn over again, leave to cool completely.
