butter 25 g
cream 25 g
garlic powder 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Wash the potatoes. Cut into thin rings, transfer to a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, mix.
Pour in cream and melted butter, add cheese, mix well.
Lubricate the form with vegetable oil.
Form potato turrets and place in a mold. Top with the cream that remains at the bottom of the bowl.
