Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 1 kg
pork 500 g
water 500 ml
carrot 1 pc.
bow 1 pc.
Bay leaf 1 pc.
flour 2 tsp
tomato paste 1 tsp
garlic 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into small cubes.
Chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Cut the potatoes into 4-6 pieces.
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add meat.
Turn on the "Fry" mode for 15-20 minutes. Roast the pork until light golden brown.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the gravy, combine the tomato paste, flour, salt, sugar, pepper in a bowl and add water in portions, stirring the gravy thoroughly so that no lumps form.
When the meat is slightly browned, add the onions and carrots. Stir and cook together for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and pour over the gravy. Add bay leaves and turn on "Simmer" for 60 minutes.
5 minutes before cooking, add garlic squeezed through a press, stir the roast and simmer for the remaining time.
If you like more flaky potatoes, increase the stewing time. Bon Appetit everyone!
