INGREDIENTS:
chicken liver 700 g
chicken eggs 1 pc.
milk 100 ml
salt 1 tsp
carrot 2 pcs.
ground black pepper ½ ч.л.
flour 2 tbsp.
bulb onions 1 pc.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
cheese 200 g
PREPARATION:
Grind the liver in a blender or mince it.
Then add the egg, milk, flour, salt, pepper, mix everything well and let it brew for about half an hour.
Meanwhile, fry the onions with carrots.
Take a deep baking dish, put half the fried vegetables̆, half the cheese on top, then half the liver mixture, and in the same order put the other half of the vegetables̆, cheese and liver.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 70-80 minutes at 170-180 ° C.
