INGREDIENTS:

kefir 200 g

Rye flour 120 g

bananas 1 pc.

eggs 1 pc.

cellulose 2 tbsp

sugar substitute taste

soda taste

PREPARATION:

Combine rye flour, raw chicken egg, kefir, mashed ripe banana and fiber.

Add sweetener to taste, add baking soda.

Leave the mass for 20 minutes to swell the products, then put it in silicone molds, bake for 30 - 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

When serving, the muffins can be garnished with fresh or defrosted strawberries or raspberries, blackberries.
