INGREDIENTS:
ham 230 g
Champignon 300 g
chicken breast 300 g
pickles 2 pcs.
parmesan cheese 50 g
mayonnaise 100 g
PREPARATION:
Boil the chicken breast in salted water until tender (about 30 minutes), let cool.
Boil the champignons until tender (about 20 minutes), let cool.
Cut the chicken breast, mushrooms, ham and pickles into strips.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Mix all ingredients well.
When serving, season with salt and mayonnaise.
