INGREDIENTS:
herring fillet 250 g
potatoes 3 pcs.
boiled beets 300 g
pickled cucumbers 150 g
green onion 10 pcs.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
mayonnaise 60 g
PREPARATION:
Cut the potatoes, pickled cucumbers and herring into small cubes.
Chop green onions. We send some to the salad, and leave some for decoration.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Rub the beets on a coarse grater, add lemon juice and vegetable oil, mix.
We form the salad. We spread it on a dish, form a rectangle and, using wooden spatulas, move the parts apart to put in the beetroot layer.
Let the salad steep for 30-40 minutes.
