INGREDIENTS:
cabbage 400 g
corn 1 bank
cucumbers 2 pcs.
lemon juice 2-3 tbsp.
dill 1 beam
vegetable oil taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the cabbage according to your preference and preference. In winter, I use Chinese cabbage for this salad.
Cut the cucumbers into small pieces, I cut them into strips.
Mix cucumbers, corn and cabbage in a bowl, adding salt, freshly squeezed lemon juice and vegetable oil.
Chop the herbs, add to the salad and mix everything thoroughly again.
