INGREDIENTS:
radish 7 pcs.
tomato 2 pcs.
carrot 1 pc.
bulb onions ½ шт.
garlic 1 clove
green onion taste
fresh basil taste
olive oil 1.5 tbsp
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION:
Rinse the vegetables, dry. Peel the carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into very thin slices or grate them on a coarse grater.
Cut the onion into half rings and the radish into thin round slices. Cut the tomatoes into medium-sized pieces.
Pass the garlic through a press. Chop green onions, divide the basil into leaves.
Combine all vegetables in a salad bowl. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Season with olive oil and stir.
