INGREDIENTS:
pork tongue 300 g
fresh cucumbers 150 g
chicken eggs 3 pcs.
canned green peas 200 g
sour cream 20% 100 g
egg yolk 1 pc.
mustard 1 tsp
red onion 60 g
parsley 30 g
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
PREPARATION: +
Cut the tongue, fresh cucumber, diced eggs, onion with thin feathers, finely parsley (leave a little for decoration).
Add green peas, salt, pepper and mix.
Preparing the dressing. To do this, add chopped boiled egg yolk and mustard to sour cream. Mix with a whisk.
Add dressing to the salad, mix and decorate with herbs.
