INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 500 g
butter 250 g
sugar 150 g
chicken eggs 1 pc.
egg yolk 1 pc.
baking powder 1.5 tsp
jam 200 g
powdered sugar 3 tbsp
PREPARATION:
Cut the cooled butter into flakes. Add the rest of the products except jam and icing sugar, knead the dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer on a floured table. Cut cookies of the same shape, but different sizes, into cookie cutters.
Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for 12 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C. Cool down.
Combine two or three cookies of different sizes with jam. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
