INGREDIENTS:
sausages 1 pc.
thin pita 1 pc.
bell pepper 1 pc.
hard cheese 150 g
mayonnaise taste
ketchup taste
PREPARATION:
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
We cut the lavash into equal parts (slightly more than the length of the nipple). And after that, we divide this part again into 2 parts. Since the length of the whole part will be large.
Fry the sausages in a preheated pan, until a small crust. You can, and not fry, but fried sausage will be tastier.
Spread a little ketchup and mayonnaise on a part of the pita bread, spread it all over the surface of the pita bread.
Next, add some cheese, place the sausage, and add the bell pepper. And then we wrap it up, in the form of a shawarma, or an envelope.
Fry on both sides in a preheated pan until crusty. Everything is ready.
