INGREDIENTS:
wheat flour 350 g
cheese 250 g
kefir 240 g
sausage 100 g
butter 60 g
baking powder 10 g
salt 1/4 tsp
PREPARATION:
Add baking powder to flour and sift into a deep bowl. Add salt and stir.
Add room temperature butter and stir by hand until crumbled.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater (I use Suluguni cheese) and finely chop the sausage or ham.
We send the cheese with sausage to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Add kefir, stir with a spoon and then with your hands. Sprinkle the table with flour and knead the dough a little, it will turn out to be a little sticky.
Divide the dough into two parts. Form a ball from each and roll out a cake 1.5-2 cm thick.
Place two tortillas on a greased baking sheet and divide each tortilla into 8 pieces using a pastry knife or a regular kitchen knife.
Lubricate each scone with kefir using a silicone brush and place in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 200-210 degrees.
