INGREDIENTS:
Korean carrots 200 g
cabbage 200 g
hard cheese 60 g
thin pita 2 pcs.
chicken fillet 1 pc.
cucumbers 1 pc.
tomato 1 pc.
mayonnaise 6 tbsp.
ketchup 6 tbsp.
vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
ground black pepper taste
salt taste
PREPARATION:
Wash the chicken fillet and cut into medium pieces. Salt and pepper on each side.
Preheat the pan, add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown. Cool the meat.
Let's prepare the salad. To do this, chop the cabbage. Chop cucumbers and tomatoes.
Mix everything in one bowl by adding salt and 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cut the meat into small cubes.
Cut each pita bread in half. We will prepare 4 servings of shawarma.
