INGREDIENTS:
chopped meat 200 g

parmesan cheese 30 g
egg yolk 1 pc.
milk 50 ml
PREPARATION:
Coarsely chop the potatoes, transfer to a saucepan, add water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
Dice the onion and carrots, chop the garlic.
Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour in olive oil.
Fry the onions for about 3 minutes, then add the garlic and fry for 1 minute.
Add carrots, cook for 2 minutes.
Add minced meat, cook for 5 minutes.
Season with salt, add rosemary and thyme, stir.
Add tomato paste, stir.
Add flour, mix.
Pour in broth, mix.
Add frozen peas, stir, reduce heat to medium, cook until sauce thickens.
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Mash potatoes in mashed potatoes.
Add egg yolk, cheese, salt to taste and milk to the potatoes.
Mix well.
Place the meat filling in a baking dish and smooth.
Put mashed potatoes on top of the meat filling, smooth.
Make a pattern with a fork.
