Shortbread Cookies With Apple Jam

INGREDIENTS:

flour 200 g

butter 125 g

powdered sugar 70 g

egg yolk 2 pcs.

lemon 1 pc.

cocoa powder 1 tbsp

apple jam 100 g

PREPARATION: +

Whisk soft butter with powdered sugar, egg yolks and lemon zest.

Add flour and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, in one of which add cocoa and knead it into the dough. Send both tests to the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After this time, mold balls of the size of a walnut from white and dark dough. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Make a small indentation in the middle of each ball. Send to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

After the cookies have cooled, sprinkle the dark with powdered sugar, and fill the grooves in each cookie with jam.
