INGREDIENTS:
butter 100 g
mayonnaise 100 g
sugar 80 g
salt ¼ ч.л.
chicken eggs 1 pc.
baking powder ½ ч.л.
flour 230 g
PREPARATION:
Whisk butter and mayonnaise softened at room temperature, add egg, salt, sugar and beat again until smooth.
Add flour, previously sifted through a sieve along with baking powder, and knead into a smooth dough. Place the dough in a cooking bag with a curly attachment.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and place small cookies 1 cm apart.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C until golden brown, 15–20 minutes.
