INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 180 g
flour 60 g
sugar 25 g
vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
PREPARATION:
Mix cottage cheese with sugar.
Add flour, knead the dough.
Form a sausage from the dough, cut into slices.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the pancakes in a skillet and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Turn over, cover, fry on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
