Snack Yeast Buns With Olives, Herbs And Garlic

INGREDIENTS:

flour 400 g

water 300 g

sugar ½ tsp

salt 1 tsp

black olives 50 g

green olives 50 g

vegetable oil 5 tbsp

dry yeast 2 tsp

garlic 4 cloves

parsley 30 g

PREPARATION:

We mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

We make a deepening in the dry ingredients, pour in water and vegetable oil (leave a little oil).

Knead the dough. The dough is not thick, you need to knead it with your hands, pre-greased with vegetable oil (you do not need to add flour). Cover the dough with a towel and leave to proof for 60 minutes.

Finely chop the olives (black, green).

Grind the greens (leave a couple of branches of greens).

Chop the garlic (leave 1 clove).

After 60 minutes, mix the prepared filling into the dough.

We grease our hands with vegetable oil and arrange the dough into shapes. Let the buns come up for 30-40 minutes.

We send it to the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes, be guided by your oven.

Prepare a mixture for greasing buns. Grind the remaining herbs and garlic, add vegetable oil to them and mix well.

As soon as the buns were taken out of the oven, while still hot, grease them with the prepared mixture.
