INGREDIENTS:
flour 160 g
chicken eggs 3 pcs.
sugar 170 g
walnuts 110 g
raisins 150 g
baking powder 10 g
salt 1 pinch
PREPARATION:
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until a white fluffy mass.
Sift the flour with baking powder and salt through a sieve into the egg mass. Mix thoroughly.
Add nuts and raisins to the dough. Mix again.
We spread the dough on a sheet, lined with parchment paper and oiled, in the form of a rectangle (about 1 cm thick).
We send it to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cut into diamonds or squares while still hot. All delicious tea!
