Sorrel Salad With Tomatoes And Walnuts

INGREDIENTS:

sorrel 200 g

tomato 200 g

walnuts 70 g

olive oil 2 tbsp

mustard ½ tsp

garlic 2 cloves

ground black pepper 7 g

salt 7 g

PREPARATION:

Cut the sorrel into strips.

Cut tomatoes into slices

Prepare the dressing, mix the garlic, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the mustard to taste, about 0.5-1 tsp, depending on the sharpness of the mustard.

Serve the salad in portions, adding the nuts.
