INGREDIENTS:
potatoes 200 g
carrot 55 g
red beans 100 g
onion 2 pcs.
garlic 2 cloves
tomato 70 g
minced meat 200 g
egg yolk 1 pc.
Bay leaf 1 pc.

PREPARATION: +
Soak the beans for 2 hours, then put in a saucepan, add 2 liters of water, onions, garlic and bay leaf. Cook for 1 hour.
Chop potatoes, onions, tomatoes and carrots.
Add egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Stir and shape into meatballs.
Preheat a frying pan, brush with some vegetable oil and fry the meatballs on all sides.
After an hour, remove the onion, garlic and bay leaf from the pan. Put the vegetables and meatballs in the broth. Cook for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
