Sour Cream Dessert With Vanilla

The recipe uses vanillin, which can be substituted with essence or vanilla stick.

INGREDIENTS:

gelatin 15 g

water 75 ml

sugar 90 g

milk 250 ml

vanillin 5 g

cream 25% 300 g

jam 3 tsp

PREPARATION:

Soak gelatin in water and leave to swell.

Beat egg yolks with a mixer until white. Add vanillin and pour in warm milk.

Place the milk mass in a water bath and heat until thickened.

Mix the cooked mass with sour cream, pour into bowls and place in the refrigerator to solidify.

Before serving, add a spoonful of jam to each dessert.
