Sour Cream Pie With Black Currant

INGREDIENTS:

flour 250 g

cream 200 g

black currant 200 g

butter 100 g

sugar 1 glass

eggs 2 pcs.

baking powder 2 tsp

vanilla sugar 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until fluffy white mass.

Add melted butter and sour cream, whisking with a mixer.

Add vanilla sugar and baking powder to the flour, mix and pour in portions into the whipped mass. Knead the dough.

Pour a teaspoon of flour into the washed and dried currants and mix.

Put half of the dough into a greased dish, put the currants and the remaining dough on top.

We send the form to a preheated oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 50-55 minutes.
