INGREDIENTS:

sprouted soybeans 250 g

green onion 2 pcs.

garlic 1 clove

fish sauce 1 tsp

sesame oil 1 tsp

sesame ½ ч.л.

salt ¼ ч.л.

PREPARATION:

Dip the seedlings in boiling water for 1-2 minutes.

Then rinse in cold water and dry.

Finely chop the garlic, onion, add to the soy.

Add fish sauce, oil, salt, sesame seeds, mix well.
