Spaghetti With Bacon, Green Peas And Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

spaghetti 140 g

bacon 100 g

frozen green peas 60 g

cheese 30 g

fresh cilantro 1 beam

garlic 3 cloves

vegetable oil 1 tbsp.

salt taste

black pepper taste

PREPARATION:

Cut the bacon into cubes.

Crush the garlic.

Chop the cilantro.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Add salt and spaghetti to boiling water.

Cook for 10 minutes.

Then add frozen peas and cook for 1 minute.

Fry the bacon in oil.

Add garlic and fry for another 3 minutes.

Remove the garlic.

Put the spaghetti and peas in the pan.

Add 2 scoops of water.

Cook for 5 minutes over medium-high heat.

Add salt, pepper, cilantro, cheese, mix well.
