INGREDIENTS:

minced meat 500 g

canned red beans 1 bank

canned corn (0.5 cans) 170 g

vegetable oil 2 tbsp.

bulb onions 2 pcs.

chilli 2 pcs.

lemon (small) 1 pc.

tomato 2 pcs.

tortillas 6 pcs.

ground paprika 2 years

ground black pepper 2 years

ground red pepper 2 years

oregano 2 years

PREPARATION:

Fry the minced meat in a pan with vegetable oil until the color changes.

Stew the canned beans until soft and add corn and minced meat to it. If there is a lot of juice in the minced meat, you need to strain it. And simmer for 10 minutes. Salt to taste.

Put finely chopped onion and chili in a plate, add lemon juice and rinse everything with a spoon until the onion turns pink. Then add chopped tomatoes and spices.

Throw the minced meat with corn and beans in a colander.

First put the minced meat on the tortilla, then the vegetables and wrap everything up in a dry frying pan for a few minutes on each side.
