INGREDIENTS:
pork brisket 230 g
onion 1 pc.
cabbage (kimchi) 450 g
pickle (pickle from kimchi) 50 ml
sugar 2 tsp
ground red pepper ½ ч.л.
pasta (pepper paste) 1 tsp
sesame oil 1.5 tsp.
water 530 ml
tofu 300 g
PREPARATION:
Slice the pork thinly. Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut the kimchi into large cubes. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Put the kimchi in a saucepan, pour in the kimchi brine, top with the onion and meat. Add sugar, red pepper, pepper paste, sesame oil and water. DO NOT Stir.
Place the saucepan over medium heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, mix everything well, add tofu on top, cover and cook for another 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
