INGREDIENTS:

sprat 1300 g

salt 1.5 tsp

ground black pepper 1 tsp

smoked paprika 1 tsp

corn flour 200 g

vegetable oil 100 g

PREPARATION:

Mine, clean the fish.

Breading.

Mix salt, cornmeal, black pepper and smoked paprika.

We bread the fish and spread it on foil and parchment paper, oiled with vegetable oil. Fry on coals for 7 minutes on each side.
