Stewed Dough Rolls With Potatoes And Minced Meat

INGREDIENTS:

minced meat 600 g

flour 350 g

water 150 ml

eggs 1 pc.

salt ½ ч.л.

potatoes 3 pcs.

lemon juice 1 tbsp.

greens taste

condiments taste

onion 1 pc.

carrot 1 pc.

tomato paste 1 tbsp.

cream 2 tbsp.

ground black pepper

PREPARATION:

I add salt and water to the egg, stir and gradually introduce sifted flour, knead the tight dough, put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

I add 50 ml to the minced meat. water, salt, pepper, seasonings and stir well.

I rub the raw potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze and sprinkle with lemon juice.

I chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry until the onion is transparent.

I divide the dough into two parts, I roll out one part very thinly, send the second part of the dough to the freezer for the next time. Put the minced meat, herbs, potatoes on the dough and roll it into a roll.

Cut into pieces about 4 cm, put in a pan on fried onions and carrots.

I make the filling by mixing tomato paste, sour cream and ground pepper, pour the rolls, cover with a lid and simmer the carcass for 30 minutes after boiling. Serve with sour cream sprinkled with chopped herbs.
