INGREDIENTS:
pork 500 g
pasta 250 g
bulb onions 2 pcs.
garlic 2 cloves
water 2-3 glasses
vegetable oil 30 ml
black pepper taste
salt 1 tsp
PREPARATION:
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, add meat. Fry over low heat.
When the meat is juiced, add 1/3 cup of water and simmer under a lid over low heat until the water has completely evaporated.
When all the water has evaporated, fry the meat over low heat until a golden crust appears.
Cut the onion into quarters and add to the meat.
Add 0.5 tsp. salt and pepper to taste. When the onion is soft and transparent, add the garlic.
Add pasta to a pan with meat and onions and fry everything over low heat for 5 minutes.
