INGREDIENTS:
chicken fillet 300 g
Strawberry 200 g
marinated mushrooms 100 g
pumpkin seeds 50 g
vegetable oil 30 g
green onion 20 g
lettuce leaves 1 beam
ground black pepper 10 g
salt 10 g
PREPARATION:
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry in vegetable oil. In the process of frying, salt and pepper it to taste.
Grind mushrooms, herbs, strawberries.
We collect the salad: line the plate with lettuce leaves, lay out the cooled pieces of chicken fillet, mushrooms, strawberries and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and green onion rings on top.
Let the salad sit for about 15 minutes. Salad dressing is not needed.
