INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry 300 g
cream 25% 200 ml
powdered sugar 100 g
gelatin 15 g
PREPARATION:
Mix gelatin with 3 tbsp. tablespoons of drinking water, after a couple of minutes, heat in a microwave or water bath, but not to a boil. The gelatin should dissolve.
Chop the washed strawberries in a blender, you can additionally rub. Whisk in the cream, adding sugar gradually.
Stir gently into the cream of the berry puree, then add the dissolved gelatin. Divide the mixture into bowls and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Garnish the mousse with caps of whipped cream and whole strawberries before serv
