INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry 300 g
water 300 ml
sugar 220 g
lemon juice 4 tablespoons
PREPARATION:
Bring water and sugar to a boil over low heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for a minute, then remove from heat and set aside for half an hour. Transfer the syrup to a bowl.
Puree the washed strawberries with a blender. Add strawberries and lemon juice to the room temperature syrup. Whisk again with a blender.
Put the mass in the freezer for 5 hours, stir every hour. Take it out, place it in portioned bowls and garnish with whole berries.
