Strawberry Sorbet With Milk

Time for preparing: 5 o'clock

INGREDIENTS:

Strawberry 2 glasses

milk 2 glasses

sugar ½ стаканов

lemon juice 2 tsp

PREPARATION:

Rinse the strawberries, dry, remove the stalks. Puree the berries with a blender. Add milk, sugar and lemon juice and whisk.

Put the resulting mass in a plastic container with a lid and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then transfer the container to the freezer for 2-4 hours.

Dampen a round ice cream spoon (or regular tablespoon) with warm water and form into balls. Place in bowls and serve immediately.
