INGREDIENTS:

flour 600 g

butter 200 g

sugar 200 g

chicken eggs 2 pcs.

tomato paste 6 tbsp

baking powder 10 g

cottage cheese 400 g

sour cream 200 g

butter 200 g

condensed milk 10 tbsp

chocolate 50 g

PREPARATION:

Prepare the dough: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass. Add melted butter, tomato paste and mix with a mixer. Add baking powder and gradually add flour, kneading the dough. Knead the dough first with a mixer, and then with your hands. We send the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then we divide it into 5 parts and roll out each part on parchment, immediately indicating the size of the cake. We send the dough to place in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the cream: beat the condensed milk, sour cream and cottage cheese with a blender until smooth. Separately soften the soft butter with a mixer and add it to the curd mass. Beat the cream with a mixer until smooth.

Prepare the decoration: melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it in a thin layer onto a silicone mat or foil, let it freeze in the refrigerator.

We form a cake: we coat each cake, as well as the top of the cake and sides with cream. Grind the crumbs from the cakes into crumbs. Sprinkle with crumbs along the edge of the top of the cake, also sprinkle the sides of the cake with crumbs. Decorate the middle of the cake with frozen chocolate. Let the cake brew at room temperature for 2 hours and enjoy a delicious cake.
