PREPARATION:

Roll the sausage, cut into medium-sized pieces, from which roll into balls.
Mix a glass of milk, 50 g of sugar and 50 g of butter in a saucepan. Heat on the stove, stir and pour into a baking dish.
Place dough balls close together in a mold, cover with a clean towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, place the dumpling dish there and bake for 25 minutes, until the dough is browned.
At this time, prepare the sauce: mix milk and vanilla sugar, bring to a boil. Pour in the whipped mixture of yolks, eggs and regular sugar in a thin stream.
Strain the mixture through a sieve, pour into a saucepan, put in a water bath and beat with a whisk.
Remove the dumplings from the oven, let cool slightly. Pour the sauce into a ceramic bowl, serve with the dumplings.
