INGREDIENTS:

flour 300 g

cheese beauty 200 g

water 200 ml

butter 50 g

vegetable oil 20 g

salt 1 tsp

PREPARATION:

In a deep bowl, combine water, vegetable oil, and salt. Stir with a whisk.

Then you need to add the sifted flour in several passes and baking powder. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and let sit for 15 minutes.

Then dust the table to make it easy to work with the dough. Divide it into 8 even parts.
