PREPARATION:
We make cuts in the tomato and pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them off.
Cut the pepper into cubes.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Fry sweet peppers in a mixture of vegetable and butter, then add the tomatoes and simmer until smooth.
