Two-Layer Pie On Kefir With Apples And Berries

INGREDIENTS:

wheat flour 300 g

kefir 250 ml

sugar 230 g

vegetable oil 100 ml

apples 3 pcs.

eggs 2 pcs.

berries 1 handful

cocoa powder 2 tbsp.

vanilla sugar 1 pack

baking powder 1 pack

salt 1 pinch

PREPARATION:

Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Beat until thick foam, about 2 minutes.

Then add kefir, vegetable oil and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add sifted flour and baking powder, stir.

Divide the dough into 2 parts.

Add cocoa to one part and mix well.

Peel the apples and cut into small wedges.

Add apples to the lighter part of the dough and stir.

Lubricate the form with vegetable oil.
