INGREDIENTS:
milk 500 ml
egg yolk 2 pcs.
sugar 2 tbsp.
potato starch 2 tbsp.
vanilla extract 1 tsp
Strawberry taste
PREPARATION:
Mix 400 ml of milk and sugar, put on fire and bring to a boil. Mix the rest of the milk with starch. Add yolks, vanilla extract and beat with a mixer.
In a very thin stream, add the yolk mass to the milk mass, stirring vigorously. Cook for 2 minutes, do not stop stirring.
Cool the mass a little, pour into molds, cover with cling film "in contact" and put in the refrigerator for a while. The pudding should solidify.
