cheese (feta cheese) 500 g
water 300 g
chicken eggs (for filling) 2 pcs.

dill 1 beam
vegetable oil (for dough) 3 tbsp.
vegetable oil (for filling) 50 ml
sesame 30 g
salt ½ ч.л.
PREPARATION:
Dissolve the salt in a bowl of warm water. Sift flour and add to a bowl of water, knead the dough. Add vegetable oil. We knead the dough well for about 10 minutes, it should turn out to be elastic and not stick to your hands. Add flour gradually so as not to clog the dough with flour.
We leave the dough for 20-30 minutes under a film or under a towel.
Let's take care of the filling. Finely chop the dill, chop the cheese, it is more convenient for me to do this with a fork. Next, combine the dill and cheese, add 2 eggs. Salt if the cheese is not very salty. Mix well. The filling is ready.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, so it is more convenient to roll the dough thinly. We take 1 part, put the rest back under the film.
Sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it out as thin as possible. We help to stretch the dough with our hands. The dough literally shines through.
Lubricate the dough with vegetable oil. We spread the filling and roll it into a roll. We do this with the remaining 3 parts of the test. As a result, we get 4 rolls with filling. Then we put the rolls into a snail-shaped mold. At the place where one roll ends, we begin to spread the next one, continue this way until the rolls run out. As a result, you should get a snail-shaped pie.
Lubricate the pie with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes until the cake is golden.
