INGREDIENTS:
pork steak 8 pcs.
chicken eggs 2 pcs.
wheat flour 100 g
breadcrumbs 100 g
milk 100 g
vegetable oil 300 g
salt taste
pepper mix taste
PREPARATION:
Season the thin pork steaks with salt and pepper, wrap in plastic and beat off with a kitchen hammer.
Whisk a raw egg with milk in a bowl. Sift flour into another container. Pour crackers into the third container.
Remove the film from the meat. Dip each piece in flour, egg-milk mixture, and then in crackers. Fry in hot oil for 4 minutes on both sides.
Put the finished schnitzels on paper towels. When the fat is absorbed, transfer to plates, serve to taste with lemon slices and herbs.
