INGREDIENTS:
flour 120 g
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil 1 tsp
water 65 g
PREPARATION:
Sift flour through a sieve. Add sugar and salt, stir.
Pour in oil and water, knead the dough.
Sprinkle flour on your work surface.
Divide the resulting dough into 5 parts.
Form a circle with each piece of dough.
Roll out the dough into a thin tortilla.
Preheat a skillet over high heat and brush with some vegetable oil if desired.
Place the tortilla in a skillet and cook for about 30 seconds on each side.
