INGREDIENTS:
cottage cheese 300 g
flour 300 g
eggs 2 pcs.
egg yolk 1 pc.
sugar 60 g
baking powder 10 g
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
milk 2 tbsp.
vanilla sugar 1 packet
salt 2 pinches
PREPARATION:
Add sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and vegetable oil to the curd. If you like sweet pastries, then you can add more sugar. Mix everything with a fork.
Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Dust the table with flour so that it is convenient to work with the dough.
Knead a little and divide into 8 even parts.
Form balls with your hands.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and line the buns. Whisk the yolk, a pinch of salt and milk with a fork. Brush each bun with a silicone brush.
Send to bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees.
