Zucchini Pasties With Chicken And Onions

INGREDIENTS:

chicken fillet 1 pc.

bulb onions 1 pc.

zucchini 2 pcs.

eggs 1 pc.

wheat flour 200 g

kefir 100 ml

salt 1 tsp

vegetable oil taste

PREPARATION:

Chop the onion and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.

Boil chicken fillet in salted water, cool and chop finely.

Mix chicken and onion.

Grate the zucchini in a deep bowl. If the zucchini is young, then I do not remove the skin. I add an egg, salt, kefir and flour. Mix everything well. The dough is ready.

Add about 3 tablespoons of zucchini dough to a hot pan with vegetable oil and distribute evenly over the surface of the pan. After a minute, put a spoonful of chicken and onions on one edge of the pancake.

Using a spatula, cover the filling of the other side of the pancake and press down.

Fry zucchini cheburek from both sides until golden brown.
