INGREDIENTS:
zucchini 900 g
water 200 ml
cheese 150 g
couscous 100 g
bulb onions 1 pc.
lemon ½ шт.
olive oil 3 tbsp.
parsley 5 veto
dill 5 veto
fresh mint 3 branches
ground black pepper 7 years
salt 7 years
PREPARATION:
Pour boiling water over the couscous and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise and remove the pulp. Salt the boats.
Chop the onion and zucchini pulp.
Fry the onion and chopped zucchini until tender.
Prepare the filling: mix onions and zucchini with couscous, add chopped greens and mix everything well. Salt and pepper, add lemon juice and season with olive oil.
We start boats from zucchini. We put a lot of fillings. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
We send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes until the zucchini themselves are ready.
