  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease (or line with paper) 18 cupcake liners.
  2. Sift flour with cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt. Separately, beat the eggs and sugar, butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Beat everything until smooth. Stir in the coffee (do not stir too long).
  3. Put the dough into the molds (but not to the top) and bake for about 25 minutes (check the readiness with a wooden stick so that it is clean). Cool the cupcakes completely on a wire rack.
  4. For the filling, melt, stirring, chocolate in coffee in a water bath. Cool down a bit.
  5. Whip cream until thick and fluffy. Whisk in the chocolate-coffee mixture.
  6. Cut out a 2 cm cone from the cupcakes from the bottom or top. Trim off the cut end.
  7. Fill coffee muffins with cream and close with cut-out "lids". Refrigerate cream cupcakes.
  8. Heat the cream in a water bath (almost bring to a boil). Add chocolate and melt while stirring. Dip cupcakes with cream inside top into chocolate icing. Place coffee cupcakes with cream in the refrigerator.
