  6. You should get the consistency of good store-bought sour cream.
  7. 2/3 fill the molds. I have a silicone mold with paper capsules. We put in the oven and bake chocolate muffins at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Focus on your oven.
  8. There is a lot of dough, it turned out 23 muffins.
  9. We let the ready muffins cool on the wire rack, be patient, it will be even tastier!
  10. Ready for frosting! I usually make it by eye, but today I’ll cook everything according to the recipe especially for you.
